Sir Ken Robinson has been an ambassador for creativity in learning for more than three decades. He has a particular passion for developing the arts in education and was knighted in 2003 in recognition of his service to the field. Team a go-go  is a great small company of design professionals with a particular emphasis on interiors and furniture. They have significant experience of leading design festival work and stakeholder consultation in the BSF market.

A key reason for working with Team a go-go is the fun that you will have in doing so! They have all the vigour, innovation and agility that you would expect from a small dedicated team of creatives. Their approach turns user aspirations into a fully-fledged funky reality that looks nothing like a conventional school.

Fielding Nair International is busily changing the face of education around the world through the work of Randy Fielding and Prakash Nair. Their voice has been very influential in the fundamental changes to education delivery in Australia and this work has growing currency in every other continent. Take a look at their projects at the FNI website or browse through the best practice they promote through Design Share.

Stephen Heppell barely needs an introduction given his influence on the development of education across the world and the UK in particular. He has captured a growing mood that learning must be synchronised with the needs and aspirations of young people and a modern information economy. People have become disenchanted with the institutional delivery of services, including education, and the idea that school is a process that is applied to young people has had its day.

George Lucas has not been idle since laying down his light-sabre. He is interested in educational developments and encourages the spread of good practice through his Edutopia website. There are lots of great ideas and video interviews on here. You can also subsrcibe to their monthly magazine.
